Affiliates only earn commission on customers they intoduce to retailers, usually via the associates website or social channel. This commission is usually small, around 10% to 15%. Franchised members on the other hand are individuals or companies that are completely independant businesses in their own right and actually OWN and keep one of the 80 tiaras (see below). They are in full control of any deal they negotiate and receive the FULL AMOUNT of the sale. They are responsible for paying any overheads/commissions due on the sale.

No, not quite...In order to stop people registering an Affiliate Account to receive a discount on their hire(sale) items they purchase, you will only be paid commission from the second affiliate hire(sale) and sucessful payment....After you have sucessfully earned four hire(sale) transactions, you will be paid the first sales commission..i.e in arrears. From then on, commission is paid as normal following a sucessful hire/sale and completed payment.
No, at all times as an Affiliate or Associate Member you are not an employee of The Tiara Company. You are a separate company or self employed entity in your own right with no legal tie to The Tiara Company..
